At our main branch we focus on art, (painting, architecture, ceramics, etc) music, film, religion, languages, literature and culture from China, Japan, South-east Asia, The Middle East, Africa, India and South Asia.

It is located in the basement underneath the bookshop, which was once a treasure trove of thousands of books built up over the years (more of that in our history section).

For many years our reputation was for the vast library of books from all over the world piled from the floor to the ceiling, from corner to corner.

Since the turn of the century we have been slowing changing and are now a colourful mix of interesting books, music and art.
